Size guides are for guidance only and we would recomend if you are not sure about what size to order to either contact us for more help or perhaps measure one of your existing favourites T-Shirts or Hoodies to help you match up to the sizes shown on the website.
Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions -
1 - Items are unworn, unwashed, smoke free and in the same pristine condition we sent them out in.
2 - You have contacted us by email to request a refund or use the refund function from within your account on the website to request a Returns Authorisation.
3 - All items are made to order and therefore by their very nature are personalised. With this in mind it is down to our discertion if an item will be authorized for a return. Any items that have been printed with names on the back or anywhere on the clothing are not available to return or refund.
4 - All items returned to us for returns, refunds or size changes may be charged an admin fee of up to £2.99 per item, plus the cost of any new postage or the original postage cost to send you out a new product if not our fault!
5 - Postage costs are not refundable. Although we offer free postage to customers in the UK there is obviously a real cost to this and we reserve the right to withhold this cost when making a refund for items returned to us that are not damaged or faulty. All clothing items are carefully checked before despatch to ensure customers receive quality products as ordered!
6 - Please ensure if a return has been authorized by us you include a note with the package you are returning stating the date of purchase, your name and address, order number and also the returns authorization number we have allocated you.
7 - Ensure the clothing being returned is securely packaged in appropriate packaging to prevent damage in the post.
8 - Always obtain a CERTIFICATE OF POSTING from the post office and retain this as your proof of postage. This is free of charge and will allow you to make a claim against ROYAL MAIL should they loose the parcel in the post.
9 - Regrettably we cannot be responsible for items that fail to reach us.
10 - Refunds can only be made to the PAYPAL account used to make the original purchase.
11 - All refunds will be actioned once we have the items back safely in the correct condition and providing the procedures above have been followed.
12 - ANY ITEMS SENT BACK TO US WITHOUT AN AUTHORISATION NUMBER WILL BE REFUSED AND REPOSTED AT THE CUSTOMERS COST BACK TO YOUR REGISTERED ADDRESS.
13 - ALL REFUNDS WILL BE MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING ITEMS BACK AT OUR OFFICES IN PRISTINE CONDITION
